We do not use cookies or log any additional information. None of this is personally identifiable, and we use it only for server diagnostics and aggregate traffic analysis.

Contact Forms

If you use one of our contact forms, we collect the information listed above and the information you supply via the form -- nothing more. That information is used only to help us resolve your problem or answer your question. We will not add your name, phone number, or email address to any list without your permission.

Information Sharing

We will not share any of this information with anyone else unless it is necessary to resolve your issue. For example, if you ask about DSL availability for your address, we may share it with our upstream network provider in order to determine what service is available.
